Energy healing is suitable for all ages (though shorter sessions are advisable for children).
At the start of each session, there's a short case taking for you to say what is happening in your life and what you'd like to focus on - extra time is spent on this at the first meeting. It also helps you to connect these to your body (some sensation is usually reflected there).
When you are ready, focus switches to the healing table. Healing then involves the laying of hands lightly on your fully clothed body. Geoff is sometimes drawn intuitively to the area which needs most attention.
Some sessions involve quietly receiving healing energy, with work done to clear blockages that are sensed. Sessions often involve dialoguing about the journey you are taking during a healing - this helps with releasing stuck energy.
There is time at the end of sessions to acknowledge what has happened, making it easier to return to your life.
90 minutes gives more space than 60 minutes to really enter into the issues you bring, yet either has benefit.
Just one session initiates your body’s innate healing capacity, though several may be more beneficial, depending on how challenging your situation is.
Change and growth cannot be hurried - a natural pace emerges, when allowed to, that is manageable and rewarding. The support of the healing work can make the process containable, giving you a private and safe place to explore on a begular basis.
