Groups give us the chance to learn from other peoples' experience as well as our reaction to them. We choose personally meaningful themes so that our own experience is of benefit to you.

What is a workshop? How does it help me?
A workshop generally involves some group discussion, plus individual and groups exercises to get you thinking. Sometimes follow-up groups are formed.

We all learn from each other, at different rates and in different ways, and move beyond our usual way of perceiving things on our own. Just focusing on ourselves and reflecting during the workshop will bring some benefit too.

Healing by sharing in a group - individuals or organisations. Each group has a focus, such as Surviving the Workplace or Surviving Relationships.

A support group is a place for sharing yourself with others who have similar concerns or interests. A group may focus on providing emotional support, practical support or a mixture of both. Our presence ensures everyone has an opportunity to feel accepted and listened to.

A group helps you to feel less alone with your concerns. It may give new perspectives on things you might have been struggling with for a while, or simply provide a boost to keep going during difficult times.
